The TAMIDS Seminar Series is a semester-long weekly seminar where researchers from other universities are invited by TAMIDS faculty to present their work and how it relates to data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. These seminars offer students the opportunity to hear from actual researchers in their field and learn about potential career paths. They can also serve as networking events and a place to raise brand awareness for companies and industries.
These seminar presentations cover a wide variety of topics from agriculture to social justice to city planning. Below is a complete list of our past seminars with links to their presentations. Any questions about the TAMIDS Seminar Series can be directed to Simon Foucart, Associate Director of External Academic Engagement, via email at foucart@tamu.edu.
