HPRC Short Course: Metagenomics

Texas A&M High Performance Research Computing (HPRC) is offering introductory short courses featuring the ACES cluster (Accelerating Computing for Emerging Science). These short courses are offered free of charge and are available to anyone with a current ACCESS ID. Registration is required.

Prerequisites: Active ACCESS ID, basic Linux/Unix skills, and basic familiarity with NGS techniques/terminology

This short course introduces concepts of metagenomics analysis based on data generated by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology using the ACES cluster. Students will learn to complete a metagenomics pipeline using QIIME2 software. Use the link below to register today!
