Applications for the Fall 2026 cohort of the Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS) program are officially open! The Texas A&M Institute of Data Science (TAMIDS) collaborates with the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and Statistics to provide this on-campus interdisciplinary program. With four unique tracks offered by these departments, students receive a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and machine learning through core courses, with additional elective courses that align with their personal interests.
TAMIDS has an extensive network of resources for graduate students, with several opportunities to get involved with industry professionals, university experts, and other graduate researchers. The MSDS program offers an interdisciplinary approach to connect STEM and the humanities. Our graduates leave our program with the skills and knowledge to tackle real-world challenges, many with job offers upon graduation.
