Industry Alliance Network
Connecting Industry Leaders with Rising Talent
The Industry Alliance Network (IAN) connects industry, government, and nonprofits with the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science (TAMIDS) and its broader community of students and faculty within Texas A&M. Moving beyond traditional corporate sponsorships, TAMIDS engages with IAN members to bring their real-world challenges, emerging technologies, and a solution-driven mindset directly to students’ education and co-curricular activities. The program is built on sustained engagement rather than simple transactions: IAN partners mentor students, participate in classroom activities, provide project-based, experiential learning opportunities, support career development, and support students’ initiatives beyond the classroom. This helps organizations build a long-term talent pipeline while giving students practical problem-solving experience that will help them launch their careers after graduation.
